Our Service does not currently respond to browser-based "Do Not Track" signals. In some cases, we may need to consult and/or obtain permission from, or refer you to, a business partner before deleting your account or correcting, amending, or deleting relevant personal information. For example, if you sign up for the Services as part of a study, we may refer you to a business partner to fulfill your request. This may also be necessary when you receive services through an employer health plan or similar sponsored program.

8. Only users who have reached the age of majority?
Our website is designed for people who are at least 18 years old. By using the Website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age. We are not responsible for any damages that may arise from users misrepresenting their age. No one under the age of 13 is authorized to submit any information, including personal information, through our website. Under no circumstances should anyone under the age of 13 use our website. A parent or legal guardian of a child under the age of 13 cannot agree to these Terms on their behalf.
